Gio often participated in weekday Mass, and always
at Sunday Mass,  except when he was confined to the hospital. 

On Wednesdays he loved to take part in Eucharistic Adoration in the Church of St. Catherine of Siena in New York.

On visits to the Corpus Christi Monastery in the Bronx,
Gio was staying for long before the Blessed Sacrament always exposed. 

From the First Communion (May 2012) never a day passed
without Gio receiving Jesus in the Eucharist.
