Gio loved his family very much, and had a special relationship
with each and everyone of them,
both those present daily in his life and those that were far away.
He prayed  much for his family and for suffering families. 
After undergoing the third surgical operation, he said
to his mother: "together we win, alone we lose" and shortly thereafter
he would ask to found a prayer group for the suffering families.
