Intercession
Gio prayed and asked his mother to pray and
to present to the Immaculate Heart of the Virgin Mother,
unborn children, unbaptized children, lukewarm baptized children, pregnant mothers and their babies, the sick,
the priests, the "baddest".

For the suffering :
He asked often to summon Mario Bruschi, president of the prayer group in New York of Saint Pio of Pietralcina, to the hospital with his
relic glove of the saint in order to
pray together for sick children and their parent. They prayed together the chaplet of
the Sacred Hearts
composed by the saint himself.
"The children are all safe, they suffer with Jesus; but the adults risk it, so for them we pray".

'Under The Mantle of St. Joseph', a prayer that was introduced to him by a friend in New York, was recited by Gio for asking Jesus to give him His strength.
